The ultra is in stock quite a few places online, it just that prices are just through the roof.

Amazon has a case of 5w-20 via amazon warehouse deal for 43.49 which prices to about 7.25 per quart. After the rebate, you're around $5.25 per quart. Not great, but much better than some of the current pricing out there.

The demand for the product is what's driving the price up, nothing else.

$24.97 has been the going price on walmart.com and amazon.com.

The minute it goes out of stock on walmart.com, walmart skyrockets the price.

The minute it goes out of stock on walmart.com, AMAZON skyrockets the price, EVEN THOUGH, Amazon has it in stock, and here lately is even requiring a prime membership to buy the oil.

Why all the hyperventilating over an oil that might be 1% better than Mobil 1? The people searching for it the hardest and touting it's superiority are probably also changing it every 3000 miles.

I have three jugs coming from Walmart. A little embarrassed to say I can't figure out how to upload my receipt to claim the rebate. I can't figure out how to save the email receipt in a format they will accept at the Pennzoil web-site. Don't consider myself computer illiterate, just that I am apparently not sharp enough.
I also can not find a mailing address to physically send them in. Groan...ha ha

Try and see if you can print it, using "Print as PDF" or something like that. If you want me to do it, send me a PM and I'll give you my email. If you want, you can forward me your receipt and I'll see if I can convert it for you. I promise not to use it for myself!!!

Well, I feel like I'm breathing rather normally. I've always been a Pennzoil kinda guy, so I don't think it odd that I would search out the top synthetic that they make. I think $24.97 is a good price, as well. If I can get the $10 a jug rebate on an oil I like, even better.

Mobil 1 is $10.97 per 5 qt jug after the twice a year $12 rebates. You really think your truck will last any longer or run any differently because of what brand of oil you use?
