Default Parking assist sensors

Hi all , 2015 f150 xlt 4x4, intermittent Parking assist sensors system, 4 new rear sensor, cleaned connectors plus added electrical grease on connections , works like nothing is wrong then it just stops working again, if there are any threads I'd greatly appreciate it

Because you lose ALL of the rear park assist at the same time , I suspect an issue with the common electrical supply or common ground circuits. Attached is 2015 diagram for this system.

A DTC scan with FORScan or a diagnostic scan tool (not an OBDII reader) might help to determine the problem.

The rear parking sensors pass through connector C316 and this is a favorite place for rodent damage. You might want to have a look there for damaged wires. C316 is on the LH wheelwell.



Sensor circuits pass through connector C423 as well. It is behind the spare tire. Check for water intrusion or wire damage.

Il definitely check these connections, I used my tool and scanned all modules, says communication is good one time then no communication another, id say moisture may be the problem I just didn't have a diagram of the wire or a idea of which connectors. Definitely appreciated
