Paint and caulk make it what it aint.
I washed and waxed my truck 2-3 weeks ago and come across this big gob of hard caulk - glue on the passenger side top of windsheild. Anyone one else notice this or know why its there?

A post production effort to repair a windshield leak would be my guess.

Is there a reason you won't take it to the dealer?

definitely not normal. I just got confused when you asked how to fix it. The dealer might have even done the repair since they didn't seem to catch it on the receiving inspection.

I figured it wasn't normal and its a cob job. I know the dealer didnt do it because I had my friend prep the truck and he would had for warned me and had me find another truck.
