I had the P0451 on my ‘18 5.0. Occurred two straight weeks (I cleared it after the first) with a fuel fill and 250 miles between the two. Dealer did the smoke test and found the capless fuel filler neck was leaking. Replaced under warranty.

Hey man thanks for this great post. I have a 2016 5.0 f150. I was first troubled with code p1450(unable to bleed vacuum) so i replaced purge valve. Code came back two weeks later so i replaced the vent valve on the charcoal box. Its only been a few days and p1450 has not come back but code p0451. From what i read online and what I read on your post it seems to be the FTP sensor. Do you think that the P0451 CODE RELATED to the fuel pressure sensor is tied to the p1450. Considering replacing FTP sensor but not looking forward to dropping fuel tank. Thanks so much
