Default OZ programming

so I have a 16 F160 Platinum....I am hearing about this Oz tuning and want to get an idea of what others have done. Is this worth it? I understand that it will smooth out the shifting etc to be smoother. would like to hear if others have used this and what their thoughts are.

I have it, my truck is stock other than the tune. I like it a hell of a lot better. Ford's shifting strategy sucks *****. I can only imagine how bad they messed up that ten speed.

You need to get an sct X4 device. Hook it up to your truck, get your pcm strategy code. Fill out Ken's forum on his site and he takes all that information to write you a tune. He will email it to you and you load it on your sct device and then load it on the truck. Ken has a step by step instructions and video on his site. Pretty easy!

The sct X4 is the programmer. My mileage has stayed the same. The Omega tune allows you to run any grade of fuel you want without switching tunes. One tune does it all.

Does anyone have experience with MPT AND OZ? I have MPT now and they are great but these OZ tunes have me curious. Looking for a comparison of the 2 before I drop $150

I have the Omega tune from Oz and its awesome! Ken has fantastic customer service and stands behind his tunes, he used to tune for 5 star I believe and all he does is 5.0s. If your thinking about jumping on the Oz train you will not regret it! Plus 1 tune that auto cals to any octane rating just like the factory ford tuning.

just curious to all of those who have the Omega tune, as i am looking to joining the pack myself, Do any of you have any horsepower/torque gains from a dyno? I have looked all through youtube and the internet, and was just curious to see what the average gains one would see on a basically stock truck, with the exception of so minor mods like a CAI.

Thanks in advance!
