What are the 4 round holes/vents/sensors(?) in the overhead console?

Like sawdust said above, motion sensors.

If you lock your truck but keep the windows down and someone reaches in your window, the horn will start honking.

In the setting menu, you can pick what system to activate by default, or set it to ask you on the dash when you turn off the truck.
