Default Outside temperature displayed on sync 3

I have a 2018 xlt screw. The outside temperature displayed is real slow to show correct temperature on sync 3. Yesterday it was 97 degrees outside and my truck showed 83 degrees. Fifteen minutes later 88 degrees. Finally after 30 minutes it showed 97 degrees. Is something wrong or other trucks behaving the same way?

I also have an 18 XLT and my display is always very quick to show an accurate temperature. Sounds like something is off with yours..

Did you find anything out about the issue at the dealer?

I noticed yesterday that my display was stuck at 18 degrees celcius for the entire day even though it was 30 degrees. It eventually updated but it wasn't until a few starts later. I have a 2018 Lariat.

Apparently the time and temp display can be buggy, or invaded by ghosts. One day early last week when it was about 84 the display showed 64, and also the time showed 6:18 though it was actually 2:18. I reset the time and next time I started it the same problem with both showing a 6 rather than actual. I rest the time again and since then both have been accurate.

Mine has been very accurate and quick to respond for about 18 months until a couple days ago. Very hot here in GA this week, it has shown 79 when I started out about 2pm then flashed to 91 about 5-7 mins into the drive. Any known solutions?

I've noticed this on my '18 KR. Usually very quick to respond but once in a while will stick on a particular temp (usually 20F-ish below actual) for 10-15 min after startup.

I wish the temp was displayed on the dash, if using Carplay, you can't see the temps. Mine also went wonky during our trip, we crossed into and out of the eastern time zone and set SYNC back an hour more than it should have. Not the best in programming.
