I didn't list the standard features that are included in some of the pkg's, like the power folding heated mirrors, power sliding rear glass with defroster.

We didn't order the ramps, bed divider, the extender, nor the rubber mats, for example, as I wouldn't use them, and as far as the mats, I'm leaning towards the Husky brand mats.

We will have a Line-X bed liner put in. While the factory liner may be fine, I am more comfortable with the warranty on the Line-X.

I had all the options that I thought we wanted written down, as I wanted to minimize time.

There were a couple of things that the wife and I were un-sure of, like the moon roof. We've had one in our last 2 trucks, so I left that decision up to her.

Also, the engine/transmission choice was up in the air.

I've always had a V-8. Old thinking dies hard. I've wrestled that over, and over, and over in my head. I've read the discussions here by the hour. SO, we drove both of the engines.

My wife, and I both were impressed with both, compared to my 2002 King Ranch with a 5.4, and her 2010 Lariat with a 5.4.

However, the EcoBoost was the final decision.

I hope it was the right choice.

We also got the Max tow pkg, but didn't order the tow mirrors. Wife didn't like them.

We got the "D" plan price too, and locked in the present rebates. I have my truck sold, and cash to put down on it, so I feel like I will be o.k.

Time will tell.

I'm excited, as well as relieved that it is ordered. NOW, maybe I can relax !!

I just have to find a way to keep myself occupied until it gets here !!!!!!

One thing we couln't get, was the all chrome bumpers.

Was told they only come with the mono paint job, so I am gonna have some of that 3-M clear protectant put on the painted part of the bumper, andd am considering putting it on the hood as well.

Do it right or don't do it all!

Nice work op.

Local dealer has a 250 in white gold over caribou, and it looks really good.

Waiting is the hardest part now!

Congrats! I got a 16 KR same color scheme and ecoboost about this time last year..love it! No regrets.....I spent nearly 6 months researching, test driving, etc. and thought I would have to order to get what I wanted, found a dealer about 20 miles further away that had exactly what I wanted with a couple options I didn't necessarily want such as panoramic moonroof.....I saved it on my iPad and about a week later, the dealer dropped $10,000 off sticker and with additional rebates and financing, I couldn't pass up. After having the moonroof now, I'm glad I got it.....couldn't be happier with ecoboost.....congrats again!
