I think the first words out of my mouth were, WTF!! The curtain was drawn between the sleeper and cab, a different CB in the overhead, and that wasn't my logbook on the right seat. As soon as the words left my mouth, I hear "Can I help you?" Scared the living dog snot out of me, luckily I didn't catch something up along side my head. Then, I realized, this isn't my truck. I very quickly apologized to the guy, and since we were with the same company, we got a laugh out of it. I looked out the right window, and THERE was MY truck. He'd parked next to me. I'm glad he was the kind of guy he was, I could have gotten hurt!
I don't know if your familiar with a company called Cannon Express.... I drove for them in '96, at the time they had 600 trucks - ONE KEY!

Someone needed one of those GPS thingies that left bread crumb trails. Laughing, because I've done the same at Westland Mall downstate!
The really bad thing? My wife was even with me.

Seems like I recall them, Freightliners? I know at one time they didn't have very many different key cuts, and it was common that your key could fit another Freightliner.

No, not the ones I was thinking. There was someone that had crossed black cannons, can't recall who that was. I liked those 9400's, they were a nice handling truck, and good visibility.

Haha, I remembered another one - along the lines of exiting the wrong side of a mall.

I went for a job interview years ago, and it was at a large professional building. The parking garage wrapped around 3 sides of the building. I walked out of the elevator room and was like WTF, where's my Mustang? It's been stolen! Then I remembered the garage wrapped around, so I hit the lock button on the fob twice for a horn honk. I heard it. Turns out I was two floors and 90 degrees away from it - oops!

Took me a while to find the car, getting off at each floor and trying two parts of the garage, listening for the honk.

ROFLMAO that's really funny. I hope you were gentle with the lumber in the bed.

I had my car in for an oil change a few months ago. The dealership was so busy that they lined the finished cars up outside with the keys in them for the people who were waiting. As I was going to pay my bill. I see an old lady load her things onto my front passenger seat and then go around to get in the drivers seat. Her car was sitting beside mine. It was a different model in crappy condition, but the same color. If I hadn't stopped her, she would of probably drove away saying to herself, "God this dealership is really good. My car is like new again, runs fantastic, has a full tank of gas, and they even gave me a subscription to SiriusXM radio."
