Default offset?

I currently have a +14 fuel rim and wanted to know if i install a 1.5 or 1.75 bora adapter what would be the offset then. People with bora adapters does the 1.5 fit or would rim touch stock bolts? I have a 2017 fx4

There's 25.4 milimetres per inch. So using the 1.5" spacer, your offset would be close to -24. Those are gonna stick wwaaayyyy out there.

1.5 would make the wheel -24
and 1.75 to -30.5
Both setups are too much for your wheel.

Why would you install those? Do you not like functioning wheel bearings?

A 20x9 / +14 would probably get your tires to poke our about 1/4 inch. likely a 1.25 bora adapter would get you flush with the new flares. For what it's worth, when I first bought my truck I put that same adapter on my stock 20x8.5 /+44 sport rims (2016) and didn't need to trim studs.

So I dont have to get the 1.50 spacer? I would rather not getting the 1.50 but dont want to start cutting factory studs. would you know if 17 use the same stud length. How do you like the adapters? any vibrations?

I don't think so. You can measure the depth of the pocket on the back of your rim and give bora a call. I forget the guy's name...think it was Len. Either way, they were helpful when I was asking those same questions. As for using adapters in general. IMO the bora adapters are top notch quality. I used blue loctite and torqued them down to 150lbs. I checked them a number of times - which is a big pain - but they never backed off and I never had or developed a vibration. In the end I probably put 10,000 miles on them before I had put enough cash together for rims with the offset I wanted.
