Gotta wait for them to get a couple of bevvies into them first?!? Then you might get some attention...
I am in same boat, signed up for email and snail mail last week and nothing yet.

If you went to cotusa and put in your order # and name and got that VIN, I got nothin'

Order number on cotus matches the order number on the VOC. The window sticker is green and indicates custom order.
I don't want to wait for another order to get built, but I also will not pay for the extras.

About registering my e-mail, along with ordering a brochure, I've done it both ways. The kind where you just give them your email and the kind where you order brochure's by mail and also give them your e-mail. That was two days ago. Registered my wife today. I've gotten nothing in either e-mail yet, and I checked the junk folders, too. (Obviously, anything in the mail wouldn't be here yet.) But I expected, at the very least, a confirmation/welcome email and maybe one or two follow-ups, maybe with offers. That's a minimum. What I really thought might happen is an onslaught from Ford and every dealer west of the Mississippi--or at least local dealers. Seems like the message when I register is that "I'm waiting for you to just take my money in five-four-three-two..." And nothing. It's like that occasion when instead of getting attacked on a dealer lot, you walk around for 20 minutes and then go have to ask for some help. I'm the ugly girl at the party.

it takes a week or two working through the system. Likely get an email at that point and the snail mail would follow a few weeks later. It's a game of chance though; sometimes the email has an offer, sometimes snail mail has an offer, other times neither has an offer.

Your best bet may be to tell the dealer "I ordered the truck without all this stuff because I didn't want to pay extra for it. I'll buy this truck for the price it WOULD have cost as-ordered." It's worth a shot, you might get some "free" options.

Ford.com homepage
click on "shop" at top
left side, under "research" click on "brochure"
then you'll select the vehicle
next screeen, left side, box that says "brochure" click "view details"
Look closely and you'll see options for PDF or order, something like that
