Default OEM Spark Plug

Can someone advise what spark plug I should be using for my 2018 Ford -F150 5.0 ?
I have 65,000 miles on the engine and would like to have spark plugs ready to change out before I start removing them.

thanks in advance.

I'd use OEM. Part number is listed on page 423 in the 2019 manual

I think that was superseded by SP-589. There's also SP-588 which is supposedly better for towing and severe service.
