put the factory bulbs back in and see if it returns, if it doesn't then the housings aren't the issue. All ford headlights need prior approval from ford in order to be replaced, if they take them out and they see you have A/M bulbs. They might say no deal. Customer pay

Just a quick update. I have switched out the LED bulbs to the stock ones and have ran the stock dust cover on one headlight and the aftermarket 83mm extended one on the other. Both still have condensation in them but they do seem to be getting better.
Im going to try and ride this out before I have the dealer touch my truck. I’m not looking forward to them pulling it apart to replace the headlights just for it to possibly happen again. I’ll keep everyone posted but I guess the good news is I think there is no leaks in the headlight just the typical south Florida humid air stuck inside.

I am having the exact same issue, talked to the dealer and he said the exact same thing that djfllmn said they are vented and some condensation is "normal". they need to see it in front of them and ford needs to approve. I offered my pictures and they didn't care, it has to be full of condensation when they see it, take the pictures from their tablet and ford needs to approve.

Mine were about as bad as those shown in the pics, and my dealership warrantied them no questions asked. They actually offered, and I didn't bring it up to them at all. I put some aftermarket ones on, and my dealer still swapped out the old ones and gave me a brand new set. I would think that your dealer would do the same.

Bumping this up.
I am having the same problem on my passenger side headlight. I live in Florida and have a late model F150. I have after market LED's. I didn't have a problem until recently.
I will dry them out and try and make sure everything is seated correctly..
What's the best way to dry them out? Heat gun and/or air compressor? Thx...

I have led bulbs in mine, and I get the same amount of condensation I got with my halogens. Evaporates itself after like an hour or two of sitting.
doesnt reallt get worse then this:

Not sure if I should pull the low beam out and put a heat gun in there, or try and blow it out with my air compressor...

What led bulbs are you guy's using. I had this problem when I switched my to led I pulled the housing off the truck put them under my hot air furnace in my garage for a little till the moisture was completely gone and reinstalled the led bulbs and made sure they were seated correctly and the dust caps were secured and had no issues since
