Tires DO make these truck vibrate if they are a little off. Don't waste time trying to trouble shoot it either, you can confirm with a Roadforce balance if you want to, but there is a very high likelyhood a tire is the source.

5000 miles, shoot I put that on in less than 2 months. .

Good luck with the purchase.
I bought my `15 KR with 5600 miles on it last year, of course I paid mid 40`s for it.Lol
Right now, it only has around 6300 miles on it.

Very good chance those tires have flat spotted or are out of balance which would be your cause of vibration. Get them good and warm and run them out 20-30 miles and see if that helps.

The only reason to change the air filter would be if it has been sitting in a very hot climate and the pleats have become brittle. If they feel somewhat soft and do not crack when you push them the filter has many more miles ahead of it before needing to be changed. If they crack, replace the filter. I'll be surprised if the cabin air filter needs changed...

Remember, oil changes are once a year regardless of mileage. Look at the date it was last changed even if it only has a few miles since it was.

Good call with 5k miles oil change intervals. But, with the caveat that you never exceed 1 year regardless of mileage.
