Default obd port gone missing...

I was planning to tune my newly acquired 2016 3.5 eco xlt. But looking under the driver foot well, I could not find the OBDII port anywhere!
I have seen some other pics where the port is attached to the metal bracket circled below but its not there. Adjacent to that is a gray connector that is not connected to anything.
Is that where the obd port suppose to connect to? Can somebody share their pic so I could have an idea what I'm looking at, whats parts are missing etc...
Thanks!

The spot you have circled is where it mounts. First time I've ever heard of a missing OBD port.

What’s that tucked up on top of the bracket just to the left of the yellow circle in the top picture?

Thought I was the only one that this happened to. My OBD port also wasn't attached to the bracket but was tucked on top of the bracket with a nylon strap. No idea if the dealer or the factory took it lose or simply never mounted it? Anyway I just took it down and attached it to the bracket. Not a big deal and took about 5 mins to fix it.........

Keep looking under the dash, it's there somewhere. Truck won't run without it. Alot of times, dealers install gps trackers into the obd2 port, in case the vehicle is stolen they can track it, and they tuck the connector under the dash, so that the tracking device doesn't stick out from under the dash and interfere with anything.

Thanks for all the detective work! Feeling a bit dumb, it was right there in plain sight circled red below. I didn't expect the connector to be one big module like this:
https://www.amazon.com/FoMoCo-GL3T-14F642-AA-Smart-Communication-FACTORY/dp/B074VWBT29/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_263_t_0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=EET88KWX4NN7NJDQS9ZQ https://www.amazon.com/FoMoCo-GL3T-14F642-AA-Smart-Communication-FACTORY/dp/B074VWBT29/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_263_t_0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=EET88KWX4NN7NJDQS9ZQ

And the thing that threw me off was instead of mounting the module directly to the metal bracket like oem does, there is an extension cable of sort that plugs into this data link module, where the "real" accessible odb port at the other end of the extension is tugged way deep in the foot well.

Problem solved. Thanks guys!

I think you’re still missing it. Take another look above the metal bracket where it’s supposed to mount. I’m almost certain it’s tucked up on top. In your first picture there appears to be a black connector to the left of your yellow circle.

Looks like the previous owner had a tuner or so permanently plugged in and probably relocated the OBD port module so the didn't kick the connector on the way in and out. They just didn't bother returning it to stock.
