Default Noticed a Paint Issue..Fixable?

I have had my truck for 2 weeks, love it. Usually I back it in to my driveway but I pulled straight in this morning because the hose didn't reach .
The sun was hitting the truck at just the right angle I notice a pretty good sized paint smudge.

Do you think this is something the dealer can fix?

A few hours later I went back out, the sun & car had moved and the smudges are not noticeable.

Fixable?

Yes, have someone who knows paint to find out what layer that is in.

If one of the clear coats then it will buff out. If it's in undercoat the entire hood should be sanded and resprayed.

Hopefully its in the clear coat, I herd that red is special, what I mean its a crazy mix to get and very hard to match the reason why it cost more for the red. It was a post on here recently, look it up.

I had similar blotches on the drivers side truck bed area near the tail light. Didn't notice it on delivery and was only able to see it on certain angles and lighting conditions. Took it back to the dealership and they fixed it. No more blotches from any angle/lighting conditions. Said it was probably residue left over from the protective wrap.
I on the other hand think it was etched bird do doo in the clear coat.

A good detailer will be able to tell you the problem just by looking at it.

Default Blotch on hood

I picked up my ride on Saturday, (26th) Ruby Red paint. Build date 9/15/15. There is blotches just like yours as if something dripped on it as it was being painted. Just on the hood and roof, the sides are good. There 3 or 4 and a small chip in the red paint under the clear coat. The dealer is going to fix it all, probably a repaint of the hood and roof. BUT THE QUESTION IN HOW MANY SETS OF EYES LOOKED AT THIS AT THE FACTORY? Where was QA gang? Everything else is great, I love my truck!!!
