Default Is this normal?

I noticed today that when the ABS kicks in if sliding on ice , a fairly significant clunk coming from the front of the vehicle from what I can tell.

it happens in 4A or 2wd I will attach a video to show what I mean I've never noticed it on any other vehicle I've owned or driven.

It's normal in all the ABS vehicles in my stable under the circumstances described.

Nope, that dont sound right. Almost like metal hitting metal or something is loose.
Take it to dealer.

I am familiar with the abs vibration but I've never heard a vehicle clunk like that when it engages

I can't wait to bring it to the dealer ....again

Something is wrong, ABS typically just has a dull rattle to it. I've been sliding all week and the Ford is very similar to the other cars and trucks I've had in the past.

Can't say I've ever had my windows down when my ABS kicked in. Does it sound the same when the windows are up?

Yup. That ain't sounding right. That is definitely not the typical ABS noise you may hear when braking.

Any guessing what it could be? I've had a lot of drivetrain issues with this truck

4 pinion seal replacements in 20,000kms
2 IWE hubs and actuators within 5000kms of each other
