Aux audio input jack is listed in the 2016 f150 brochure. It is listed on the XLT trim , first colum on left equipment package 300a, 4th item down under the heading INTERIOR. I thought i saw it some where. I have hp pocket PC'S.
So who has a 2016 xlt with equipment package 300a . Wherd is aux audio input jack??
I think you lose that as you go to the 301a, and 302a cause of radio upgrade

Question about the fm modulator
I broke down and called the Ford dealer and talk to the accessory parts specialist. He told me that Ford does not offer a aux input of any kind that he knows of and they are moving to a totally wireless environment. He did suggest i call an aftermarket accessory store in town that they use all the time to install aftermarket accessories. I talked to top dog there and he said the only option for these vehicles is the FM Modulator which plugs into the antenna on the back of the radio and has a toggle switch to turn it on/off. There are much better than FM transmitter, but still not what i had hoped for. Was really wanting something that would integrate directly with Sync 3. I know you can buy these online for around $60. The specialist I talked to had them installed for $199.

Any idea what FM modulater you got installed?? I’m in he same situation I actually need an aux for my job. I ordered a FM modulator but I guess the antenna connection is different then the ones I’m use to seeing. I’d appreciate your help! Thanks!
