Default Nice surprise!

Was in the truck today and by accident discovered I have a telescopic steering wheel. I have never seen this feature referenced on my door sticker or elsewhere.

I was adjusting the steering wheel up and down and at one point I gave it a light tug towards me....and voila!

I only have an XLT sport with 301A so must say it's a nice surprise. Mind you it is not power telescopic, but there were times I had wished I was able to bring the steering wheel a bit closer to me ...now I can.

Just thought I would throw it out there you probably have it too.

It is actually mentioned in the XL order guide as standard, therefore it is also on the XLT. Enjoy, and maybe read the Order Guide to get the exact details of what standard features you have.

Search "Order Guide".

Read the owner's manual, and you'll probably find more features you don't now know about.

Had my truck for about 2 months before I realized it had telescopic steering.

Here's something I figured out.
When the lowest wiper speed is still to much and only an occasional wipe is needed I was turning the **** on and off for one wipe.
If you just push in the washer button and don't hold it you'll get one wipe.
May be you know this already, I can be a tad slow. Ha.....

Thanks for posting, I am sure there are lots of hidden features the owners are not aware of. That was my entire point of this thread, to share

The owner's manual lists all of the features available, not just the ones on your truck. It's actually rather confusing at times.
