Default Negative battery cable

Anyone have a diagram where the negative battery cable attachment points are on a truck like mine? Also, can you even replace only the negative cable? In a lot of the sales pics it shows a battery cable "assembly", which includes a spaghetti looking mess that includes both positive and negative for anywhere from $260-over $450.
Truck is in sig.
Thanks.

There are 3 cables that run from the negative battery post. One terminal at G105, one at G106, and one at G107. The cables going to G105 and G106 are 2 AWG. C107 cable is 6 AWG. All cables have closed eyelet terminals on both ends. G105 and G107 cables are both connected to one lug at the battery terminal. It would be easy to change them out as separate cables (not part of the harness). Just route them the same way the original cable go and make sure they pass through the current sensor.

Oops. Missed this one. G105 is on the cowl for 3.5L and 5.0 L. It is on the block by the starter for the 2.7 L.

Thanks.
.
You have the first version of BMS that uses a Sensor with the Ground cable through it.
The Sensor has to be connected properly and Ground cable to the correct points, hence all the wiring involved.
In 2018 this all changed to improve system control and sensitivity for AGM Battery use.
Good luck.

You wouldn't be the first to have that bolt back off.
