Default Need quick help!

Installing my motofab 2.5" level kit and am having an absolute bitch reinstalling strut! On my 2012 I remember it took some prying but these ones have bolts hanging down and cannot get it to go down farther! Any tips?

Take the lower bolts out of the strut. Install strut then place bottom bolts in. You will have to hammer them out as they are pressed in.

Yeah I did attempt that but I was hoping there would be a better way than pounding them out.

no you will need to do that. I had a hell of a time gettin it back in too. I bought a spring compressor to help compress the strut to get it back in.

Make sure you have the nuts threaded into the end of the bolts before you hammer them out. Or else you'll have another problem on your hand.

Tried pounding them and I did not like it one bit, hammered with a lot of force and they didn't even budge, guess I'm done for the night, buddy has a spring compressor il pick up tomorrow. Thanks
