Default Need help guys!

Alright so I have been having issues with popping and noises when I turn. I did a little investigating and think I found where most of it is coming from. The only problem is I have no clue how to fix it. So my problem areas right now are the uca on both sides are hitting the top of the spring as shown in the picture. The other problem is when I turn the wheel to full lock my tie rods are hitting the spring also. One side isn’t making a lot of contact but the right side has put some pretty good marks on the spring as you can see in the third picture.

I have no clue of what to do or how to fix these issues. Any help would be much appreciated!

the lift is causing the problem. the spacers on top of the strut pushes everything down - find a better way to lift the front other then spacers. sorry i don’t know much about lifts but in my shop i have seen all manufactures have same problem with spacer lifts.

6” Rough Country lift? Contact RC to see what they suggest. If your kit is installed properly, they should have some idea of how to fix it....since they designed it.

I think my biggest issue is the tie rod on the right side is acting as my bump stop at full turn and isn’t really contacting that much on the left side

I also sent rough country an email but is the only way to fix this to put coilovers and new UCAs on?

Are your strut spacers on the right side?
They could be on the wrong sides pushing the strut out further to the outside of the truck causing the contact.

Somethings not right. Make sure everything is installed correctly. Did you have a shop install the lift? I just did a RC 6 inch lift on mine and there is no rubbing.

I had a shop install it but that was a couple of years ago I am taking it this Friday to get looked over. Do you think it will be okay to drive until then I don’t want to mess the truck up even more. I will take pictures of the struts tomorrow and post them

If it just started happening then something came loose. Check the strut spacer bolts, tie rod bolts, etc.
