Default Need help chasing a problem

Background: black Betty just rolled over 200000 the other day. I have been expecting that something new would pop up because of the high mileage. However I think it’s important to mention in the last year maybe last year and half sometimes randomly you have to open and close door a few times then leave the door open to start. Weird but easy to manage and she has had a new starter put in; 2 in the 4 years I have had her before I found the door trick. Also she is an 2016 3.5 liter eco boost that I had professionally tuned

current engine codes:
PO6E9
P1548
P2112
P0420

New issue:
A couple days ago I hop in her to head home from work (I have an average 200 mile commute daily round trip) we get around 2 miles away from my clients house and the advance traction control flashes and the hill descend fault flashes, the lovely little wrench appears and the see manual flashes. I lose all acceleration I couldnt even get to the side of the road. I turn her off sit for a minute while I panic call my husband then I turn her back over to see if she does it again. Make it the remaining 110 miles home without a problem. Now today I hop in to head a different clients house and boom with in two miles it happens again. Again I turn her off sit then start her back up and get her home. Has anyone had a similar issue before I nervously embarked on spending my entire weekend chasing down this problem? Engine codes mostly have to do with the PCM

These symptoms sound like a throttle body starting to fail.

Analisis of the codes:
P 06E9 ......no cranking detected. Crank Sensor does the Cranking rotation sensing. May need another starter or the starter relay has failed.
P 1548.......air filter restriction. May be a response to stuck closed throttle body.
P 2112.......Throttle stuck closed. Clean or replace TB.
P 0420.......Bank 1 Cat failure. Likely need to replace.
.
At the mileage, things wear out and or need service.
Good luck.

First I`ve heard of having to open the door to get a vehicle to start. That must be a sight in the Home Depot parking lot.

Definitely sounds like a new throttle body is needed.

Default Update

Throttle body was disgusting definitely needed cleaned. It has been reinstalled and Betty is idling like she did when we bought her. We shall see if the problem is solved. Thank you all so much for your help.

Default The problem continues

After cleaning the throttle body Betty didn’t do it all day. But today on the way to rural king did it 3 times in 8 miles. Husband threw out wheel speed sensor but I’m skeptical since I had one go out in my Focus and my speedometer just didn’t work. Today I think we should replace the starter and change the fuel filter. Anyone have any other suggestions we can tackle between today and tomorrow?

I'm no expert but with the TB that nasty, I would check and clean the MAF sensor. It has to be dirty too based on that pic.

There is no MAF. There is a MAPT (Manifold Absolute Pressure and Temperature). Ford uses Speed Density to determine airflow instead of Mass Flow.

Fair enough, but is it as sensitive as a MAF? Looking at that TB, there’s gotta be some filth in that intake. Maybe related?
