Need help with amp remote

Default Need help with amp remote

Hello guys just finish installing a 1600 watt amp and a 10 inch sub in my z2015 f150 so far everything is wired correctly everything works my only question is were do i connect the remote wired as of know i have it to fuse #33 Radio) but i notices the amp doesn’t turn off in another post someone suggested to hook the temote to fuse #38 Rear window switches and motors )kick panel or 98 not used) by the hood fuses. Can someone please point me to the right direction

IMO, a cleaner solution is to get the remote turn-on from whatever device is providing the input signals to your amp.

Ignition source under the dash going to your key (if you dont have the push button start)

I believe it’s fuse #23 in the passenger kick panel.

Your head unit should have an amp RTO lead integrated. That is what it is for.

This is what I used, just get one of the micro add-a-fuse or whatever they are called.

He's probably using the factory HU.
