$51k MSRP with added options worth about $3-4K on top of that. And they're offering it at $45.5k. That about 8-9k below MSRP.

Not bad. Better than when I bought mine but I bought mine when the 2015 was still new so less deals and incentives. So... basically any of the deals you guys are getting is a hell of a lot better than mine lol

$200 for level is just for the kit. People didn't include the two or three hours of labor that a shop will charge to install which is another couple hundred to three hundred.

$1300 for tires is too pricey and even if you paid retail pricing for the tires you need to ask for the stock tires cuz those are easily worth $100 a piece sold on Craigslist.

All things considered I got my 2015 Lariat Screw 5.0 FX4 for about $47.3k with just a spray in liner but I added a 2" level $450 and $285/tire (285/60/18 Trail Grapplers) but sold the stock tires for $300 fire sale. So technically, I got the same truck except lariat trim for about $48.5k minus the 20" wheels and navigation.

Stock mileage with stock tires was about 18-19 without breaking a sweat. If I was really trying I could get maybe 21-21.5 combined 50/50.

But with the Trail Grapplers, 2" level and front air dam removal, I'm at best 16.5mpg with 90/10 hwy/city or about 14mpg 50/50 on 87 octane.

On e85 I get about 14mpg on 90/10 hwy/city and about 11.5-12mpg on 50/50.

They offered the truck to me for 45,549. The total with true car price plus dealer add on options is 46,272. Discounttire installed tires for the bfg 285/55/20 was 1360. I agree the level is high and I don't know what katskin leather goes for? I guess I'll over 45k even and ask them to do a spray in bed liner that sound fair?

I think you may have missed the $2000 XLT package discount in TrueCar. For some reason, it is at the bottom of the options list and not automatically checked when you select the XLT Chrome Package. I missed it the first time, but say it on the window sticker when the MSRP did not match. I believe your great price should be around $41000. By the way, I added the factory bedliner option for a Linex estimate in TrueCar because I though you said it had been added already.

Good luck. It looks like a nice truck.
