Default Need a fast answer if possible

My son has found a 2019 XLT with a 2.7 little over 10000 miles. He said window sticker show it came from Canada and it was a lease truck. It has made it to a Missouri dealership If anyone could shed some light on this. Is it possible for a 2019 to have only 10000 miles. Could it have been a buy back and not showing in the states. I told him I would be leery could I be wrong. Has a clean car fax

Here's a possible starting point:

Need help, found great deal, but Canadian truck, buy or no? - Ford F150 Forum - Community of Ford Truck Fans

In the search function, type Canada + used and check out the relevant threads.

Unless it was a smokin' great deal I wouldn't touch it, but that's just me. I've got a 2018 that's now only got 14.3k miles on it so yes it's possible for a 2019 to have only 10k miles.

Used trucks are much cheaper in Canada.
hundreds of the are sold at auction into the states every year.

If the truck was leased by a company that got hit hard by COVID, then I could see it as possible.

Like what was said above (&I'm from Ontario Canada) I go past the outfit that has been doing it for years !!
5-6 car haulers a day leave that place....sometimes more??
There are 100's of our trucks being bought @ every auction/leasing company's etc. every day of the week.
Then they usually change the speedo to read (outer numbers) in miles not kilometres....
From what I'm being told they just change the speedo readout with a decal over the original & trust me I would think it is 100% legal & honest...
They don't mess with the odometer..... Carfax is the same as yours & will tell you whatever has been reported !!
But like any used vehicle it is still somewhat of a gamble ??

I bought a 2017 in February of 2020.
At time of purchase it only had 23,000 miles.

I have a 2015 KR with less than 8,000 miles, so anything is possible

Thanks everyone. I ask for fast and that's what I got. He can read and make his decision. Thanks again

Almost every single newer used F-150 in Canada will go to the US. The lack of inventory and weak CAD are the reasons.

My '19 has just over 13,000 km or 8,100 miles. Extremely clean. Anytime I trade in, it gets sent to the US. My '16 was on a flatbed the day I dropped it off. I would check it over but I think you will be okay.
