Nav Map Version
The card comes in the a small plastic container with owners manual and other assorted items
Checked mine, truck was built Dec, don't know when it arrived but I bought it Jan 28th and it has A5.
I'm contacting the dealership so they can mail my plates and I might politely ask if there is anything I can do to get a A6. If not, oh well. How much is an upgrade? $150-200?

My platinum (picked up on 1-1-15 has an A5. Oh well.
Maybe I'll wait until an A7 to hit EBay. So far Nav has worked perfectly in the DC Area.
Not to mention my dealer kind of stinks with customer service so it would take an act of congress to even mention something as small as a navigation chip.

Thank you for inquiring about HERE Maps. We do not provide free of charge updates. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Purchase of an update DVD is optional and not required for continued operation of your navigation system. However, updates offer a wealth of features and new information you may find helpful.
If you need additional assistance, please send us your feedback by replying to this email.
Now will wait to see if my dealership will "find" me an A6 version. If they don't? No big deal, but doesn't hurt to ask...

Yea, I'm not griping about it. The only thing that really isn't showing up is my neighborhood and I know how to get home most days.
That FordNorthAmerica/HERE response was funny. Here is how I read it:
"Thank you for inquiring about HERE Maps. We do not give any hand-outs round' here. Now, you can shell out some cash for an upgrade but we aren't going to give it to you for free. With that being said, you're one upgrade behind and totally missing out on all the cool sh*t we put in the upgrade. Have a nice day."
Here is how my wife read it:
"Blah blah blah, profit, blah blah I'm tired of reading what do you want for dinner and don't say lasagna. Go pick up your kid from school."
