My Ford Touch with Sync?

I have a chance to buy a new 2015 F150 at a good price but I have heard the My Ford Touch is horrible,is there a way to upgrade it to Sync 3 with software or are you stuck with it?

Use the search function. There's a few threads on it. Basically it's $2,000+.

MFT works fine in mine though.
