Default Multiple lights and error systems

I have a 2017 f150 5.0 while driving yesterday it faulted out almost everything including airbag, park brake, trac control, service four-wheel-drive, ABS all on and saying error with the hill descent and lost all steering wheel controls.
I checked the battery voltage while it was running and got 14.3

All of these DTCs have occurred many times. The hex number after the dash is the occurence counter. The -48 is 72 occurences and -AC is 172.

Firstly, you need to check your battery performance. The most common source for U-codes, which are communication errors, is voltage dropping too low during engine cranking. The battery needs to be load tested.

Secondly, now that you have a record of the DTCs, you need to clear all the DTCs and monitor to see which DTCs reoccur. The errors are occurring on all three High Speed CAN buses which suggests the GWM could be the culprit, but the next step would really depend on the first reoccurring DTCs.

Thirdly, I would check the wiring going to the GWM. The OBDII port is an integral part of the GWM. Its location above the pedals means that it is possible wires could get damaged by errant foot movement. The GWM (GateWay Module) controls all of the CAN bus commumications.

So I got it back from the shop today they clear a connection on the harness by the tail gate and put dielectric grease then cleared the dtcs and drove it 30 miles and nothing happened. I made it 30 mins and all of them came right back after accelerating a little aggressive not to the floor but got to 45-50 quickly

My bet also is, undercharged battery, or a failing battery. Do you drive hwy often? City trips often do not keep batteries maintained. What year is the battery?

Did you actually check the battery?

Yes the battery was pulling 14.2 and it’s a 24’ battery but after some research I’m leaning towards the IWE I got it towed back to the shop so we’ll see what they say.

I had a lot of those same codes a month again, long story short it was a bad wheel speed sensor. Replaced both front hub assemblies and took care of the problem.

the only thing confusing me is the grinding I’m 90% sure it was shifting into 4x4 at 50mph

hmmm, new info. The grinding might be unrelated to the lights, and if 4x4 might be (likely) iwe related.

just talked to the shop and they said they absolutely can not get it to replicate the problem so they are just going through everything and can’t find the issue they know there is one but can trace it down
