Default Move the bed....help?

So I need to install a motorcycle rail on the front of the bed. The space there is so tight though that the only way to do it is going to require moving the bed back a few inches.
To me it looks like I should be able to just pull the 6 bolts holding it in place and slide it back, am I wrong, will there be any wires or other things I need to be mindful of?

if there are bedlights, there are wires. Tail lights as well. Filler neck for the gas tank.

You will have difficulty moving the box very far, if it has the LED lighting. I just pulled mine and there is barely 3" give on the wiring harness

There are three wiring plugs under the bed by the rear of the springs, the filler neck, a ground wire and a breather hose. They all should have enough slack to move back an inch. I'm not sure you can move it back more than that without removing the rear bumper anyway.

You may also run into the rear bumper.
