Hi my name is Alex & I'm new to this site. I have 2015 Ford F150 XLT 3.5 Ecoboost driver complaint loss of coolant and stumble in engine. Inspect coolant leak. Found right side turbo coolant tube leaking. Replace tube. No more coolant leak. Scan. 3 Codes present. First code P0035 Turbo charger bypass valve control circuit high. 2nd code P0300 Random Engine Misfire. 3rd code- P0302 #2 Cylinder misfire. Replace all plugs with dealer plugs. Test drive. Still no power. Turbos are spooling, rescan. 6 codes. P0035,P0300,P301,P302,P304,P305. Contact dealer tech regarding stumble in engine. Tech say replace air charge cooler bypass valve. Remove all plugs & check gap. Notice tips of all plugs are white and gap is 32. Clear codes. Second test drive. Failed to mention at idle engine runs fine. Second test drive. Again no power. Turbos are good. Cel only flashes but not solid.. Rescan. 3 Codes. P0035, Dealer advise never corrected code.2nd code P0303 and P0306 . Again at idle engine runs fine. Only under load do I have issues. Inspected cats by disconnecting cats from turbos and inspect with camera. All coils are working. Anybody have same issue? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Sounds like you are a frustrated technician and not the owner of said vehicle? A P0035 suggests that the computer can't control the bypass valve and that you may have an under boost condition. No P0299 code has ever surfaced? Regardless, I'd be tracing wires and looking for corrosion at connectors. If the truck has ever been in an accident the front bumper harness would be a good place to start. Good luck.
