So me and a buddy are currently in his shop drinkin a few cold ones looking at both of our 15s, and we both came to the conclusion that the mirrors on these 2015s are terrible looking! We both thought they looked like they should be on a little car, not a 4wd pickup, they are very girly looking ,compared to the previous 150s mirrors which look badass, this is just a rant , but I can tell you right now , whoever first comes out with a mirror similar to the 14 pickups, or at least something more aggressive looking, will make a killing, if you don't agree with me that's fine! Now that I keep looking at them, the more they bug me lol.

 

I love my tow mirrors. They look nothing like girly mirrors haha.

 

Lol, I haven't seen a new one with tow mirrors yet, il have to check some out. I can honestly say the mirrors on my 2011 mustang gt would look 10x better than the ones on my pickup Lol

I must admit I never gave it a second thought when it came to which mirrors to buy. The tow mirrors are, IMO so much better in every way I wonder why they even offer the "standard" ones. Especially for the extra $180 to upgrade.

I didn't know mirrors could be girly. Regardless, I agree that the regular mirrors on 2015's look ugly! Although I'm biased because every F150 I've ever owned has gotten the tow mirror treatment.

 

Love the tow mirrors. Ordered my 16 with them. And damn, that is an awesome picture of your truck!!

 

I feel the opposite. I think the tow mirrors are ugly. I had them on my 2013 FX4. I appreciated the function of them over the standard mirrors on my 2015 Lariat but felt they were unsightly.

 

I guess that is why there is a choice... I am sure I would like the tow mirrors for the better visibility, but on a daily basis I don't tow much, and I would be frustrated to have to fold the mirrors when I park or go into garage.
