??Mirror shaking??
We don't have access to our engineering folks; your best resource would be the service manager at your local dealership.
As a reminder to anyone else experiencing this mirror issue, send your information to me in a PM so I can loop in the customer service manager for your region. Be sure to include your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and preferred servicing dealership in your message.

Talked to the customer service representative supervisor for the east coast today and was told that she was unaware of any mirror issues other than mine. I exclaimed I am one of many. I asked if the engineering department knew of the problem and did not get a straight answer and that I should take it to another dealership for another opinion. The dealer confirmed the shake and rattle/wind noise was a "characteristic of the vehicle." How can only the left driver's side mirror and not being able to visibly see vehicles to your left/behind you on a 2 month old truck be a viable characteristic of a vehicle. Ford please provide a solution here.
My drivers side mirror does this as well. I've had it replaced once, and the replacement mirror ended up being substantially worse.
Regional rep told me they hadn't hear of this before (ya right), and to take it to another dealership to get a second opinion.
Incredibly disappointing for a vehicle with a $60 000 sticker. Couple that with my incessantly rattling dual pane moon roof, and I end up being pissed off every time I drive the damn thing.
