If you don't want to take up one of your adapters, the Saavy part (sold by valentine) would accomplish that.

Plus you can set a speed under which your Valentine won't go off.

BT, is that a standard two-prong outlet plug or is it some other plug type. I didn't even know it was there and can't find any mention of it in the manual.

Thanks for the pictures. It looks like the mirror doesn't have the harness that plugs in to the back of it, so I reckon I'll have to figure out how to get the map light panel open to access the wiring.

I'll try to pop that cover off tonight and see what wiring is there.
