First time on this thread. First time F-150 owner. I'm looking for Tuxedo Black mirror caps to replace my chrome ones. Anybody out there willing to trade or trade plus cash? Where could you direct me to find the best deal? Thanks.

 

eBay is probably your best bet. As far as a trade, the chances that you’ll get your current caps off without breaking at least one of the tabs off is slim to none. Good luck, welcome to the forum.

 

I second what he said...it's hard to remove them without breaking a tab in the process. Fleabay has pre painted for sale.

 

Buy from ford. Get them painted. It’s cheap. I did that.

I have these on my Shadow Black F150 and they look great. Your Tuxedo Black will have metallic flake in the paint, unless that changed from 2013 when I last owned a Tuxedo Black truck. While these I have are gloss black, they have no metallic flake, so you may want to confirm that before purchase, if that's important to you. But, that may not make any difference to you, as those caps do not butt up against another painted surface. Good luck in your decision.
