Mirror caps

Is it possible to paint the side view mirror caps that are black plastic to make it match the paint on the truck well? Or do you need to buy paintable caps?

It would be easier to buy paintable caps. They are only $24 each at tascaparts.com
There's a guy on Ebay that sells them painted for $250.

Oh wow that's cheap and I have a body guy that can paint them.... I wonder if the duplicolor match paint at autozone would look okay

I have white caps. Remember, they take a lot of abuse, bugs mostly.

Yea I'll probably just have my friend who owns a shop take care of it I can't imagine it would cost that much
