I get this message every time I start up, even when turned off. Any way to get rid of this message once and for all?

 

Yes. This is an issue with the Sync software that many of us have experienced. You'll need to upgrade to the latest version.

X2, update your Sync3 system. My advise, download to a thumb drive, not over wifi.

 

Mine was doing the same thing. Did a sync update via usb and message no longer appears.
