Did I miss something? Is it not possible to have any media information show on the same screen with the navigation or in the gauge cluster when using navigation?

 

 

If you have the 8" screen cluster you can have turn by turn NAV appear on the cluster by choosing the option in the menu that says "Compass/Navigation" and setting a destination on the Sync unit.

 

I'm talking about active navigation with a destination and turn by turn on the screen.

 

I may be misunderstanding the question but yes you can have your media and turn by turn instructions in the center stack display and as livinitup said you can have whatever you want displayed on the center stack and have upcoming turn instructions display between the tach and speedo if you have the nav/compass screen selected.

I have been through every menu and settings screens I can find. I don't see anything that says nav/compass. i have sync 3 BTW

 

Are you talking about the radio screen or the instrument cluster? There is a home button in the radio screen. top left. Press it.
