Default Max Tow WITHOUT e-locker?

Is this possible? I just picked up a '15 Lariat crew 4x4 w/3.5 and it appears to have all the other Max Tow bits (brake controller being the most obvious), but no e-locker. Confused...

I would pull the window sticker with your VIN to see if it is equipped with Max Tow. I have the factory installed TBC, 9.75 rear end, 36 gal tank, 3.55 e-lock, 3.5 EB, etc. but do not have max tow.

There may be free ways, but this is quick and easy: https://monroneylabels.com/

Order Guide for 2015 says Max Tow (53C) included XL9 Axle (3.55 ELD).

ELD is packaged with FX-4 as well as Max Tow and can also be added as a separate stand alone option.

Yeah, i think my truck was a special order ( i bought used), was just pointing out that the only safe way to know if you have max tow is to run the Vin and not rely on what equip is installed.

Pulled the sticker and confirmed max tow. Didn't know that service existed...

Also confirmed I'm an idiot. The truck did not come with an owner's manual, so I watched some Youtube video about how to activate e-lock. Must have been for the '17+? In any case, the dash markings by the 4x4 control in the video clearly showed the word "pull" along with two different truck icons (on/off). Mine has no words and a single icon, so I assumed no lock...but sure enough, it pulls out.

You can download a pdf version of the Owner's Manual here:

Quick check is to look at the safety chain eyelets. If they are swept back like in the picture, its got Max Tow.
