Is your massage seat really noisy? My drivers side seems very noisy in my 2016 Limited. I think it's working, but maybe I need to pull off the seat cover and check if something came undone.

My truck does the same. Took it to the dealer, they said they replaced the fuse, checked it and all worked well. I drove away and tried it on my way home - it does not work. Called dealer and going to take it back in. Maybe I'll send him this thread?

My drivers seat stopped working last night. I did notice a DTC on FORscan a couple of weeks ago related to the driver's seat but it was working alright. Now it's not functioning. Need to take mine in also.

This is a picture of the module. The seat is operated by air. Those colored hoses can pop off the barbed connectors. I have read that people will put zipties on the rubber hoses so that they stay on the barbed connectors. Yours may have popped off. They have to fill four air bags in the seat portion.

The black, Dark blue, light blue and green hoses fill the air pockets in the buttocks region

Yes. Raise the base of the seat up as high as it will go using the electric seat controls on the side.

There are two elastic "bungi" type cords under the seat holding the bottom tucked under. You will likely have to pop the plastic clips out of their holes holding the wiring harness and then you can remove the two bungi cords.

There are zippers on either side of the seat. They are a little stiff and don't have the zipper tab like on a coat. I used a bent coat hanger and put it through the hole and unzipped and zipped again.
