There is in a way for Apple CarPlay but its just showing you widgets from the CarPlay Home Screen on the truck sync screen which typically includes a maps app and iTunes. Not sure if that's what the OP is looking for or not though.

are you using "full screen"?

my question is when you touch the grey maps logo and fill your whole screen with google (or apple) maps, are you aware that you can use your circle/dot logo to go to all menus and see all other applciations... click on Ford app and you'll have what you want with the instructions (only) showing on the bottom 1/2 inch of your screen UNTIL you are about to make a turn or something when it will then populate the entire screen again?

i have multiple variations of the snych 3 and 4 and if you learn how to interact they are great! i have a 2017 f150 plt a 2018 mkx and a 2021 aviator and they all work essentially the same once you get used to the quirks it's great! listen to and respond to texts...drive by maps on your phone etc...
