Default MapQuest

Trying to download directions to my 2015 F-150 using MapQuest via sync.
is this no longer available because I keep getting a error message.

Yea, it's available! You have to register you account and cell phone number on Ford's syncmyride page first (which took several times for me to get it to take; kept getting an error message to check back later, server problem). After you get that registered, just to to Mapquest on your PC, map out what you want and in the upper right hand corner is a link to Ford sync, just send it to your truck. Next time in your truck, press the voice button and say "services", when it connects it will ask you if you want to download this file to your truck, simply say yes and there it is, ready to go.

I keep getting this error message { Sorry, we were unable to send this message at this time. Please visit the help page} I already registered with Sync. Would you mind trying to sync a route with your account to test it for me

I can sync a route to my truck, no problem, but I can't sync one to yours, it has to be your cell phone registered to your truck, my cell is registered to mine.
Where are you getting the error message, on the syncmyride web site? That's where I had problems, it took me several attempts over several days until it finally just worked. Oops, I re-read your post and it sounds like you are getting an error from MapQuest, is that correct? Once registered I've no issues with MapQuest syncing at all, it works every time. What are you trying to sync that is causing the problem?

I just tested it and it worked fine in my truck. Make sure you are using the same phone/phone number that's registered with Sync. Another option is downloading the Sync Destinations app and sending directions to your truck that way.

Eyedoc1000 I was trying to see if you were having any problems sending a map route to to truck using Mapquest not wanting you to send a route with to me.
