Default Lower rear to level

2020 XLT Subercab 4x4. I have 2 1/2 inches of rake. I want to lower the rear 2" no less. I have heard removing the blocks will only net 1 1/2 inch. Does anyone have the facts?

Facts are, you have a 1.25" block, so by removing that should net you 1.25" of rake.

I removed mine the first week. Still has a slight rake but much better than it was and is level when I have it loaded or tow my utility trailer..

Did removing the blocks impact ride or MPG. I put a 2" level kit on my previous truck and it looked better the mileage suffered.

Removing the rear blocks takes like 30min tops... just remember to adjust your headlights down as they'll aim higher after the change.

Removing the blocks lowers the functional (not rated) load level and full load ability. My truck bottoms easier with big loads.

I have the blocks out of both of my trucks.

Nope. Removed the front air dam too. No noticeable difference.

I removed the rear blocks and added a 2" spacer to the front and the truck sits perfectly now and I see no loss of gas mileage at all.

Went to a friend with a lift. Less than 10 minutes. Loosen the u bolts, pull them out and tighten the bolts. I would like more at some point but it does look much better. Next may be 2 whell drive front shocks and 2" drop shacles.
