Default Losing traction question.

Hey everyone. So the snow came in buckets down here in TN. I still had to run out and in my truck I obviously had some small issues. I did notice however, whenever I lost traction, the amber lights in my mirrors for the blind spot warning would come on. And it seemed to light on the side of the truck that was losing traction. Is this a feature? Or some kind of crazy thing happening? Anyone else notice this? 2015 3.5 ecoboost 501a lariat.

Huh, I haven't noticed that myself, if it does happen I was probably too busy romping through the snow.

I'll be in it again tomorrow and I'll report back if I notice the same behavior.

The time I noticed it, I had pushed and held the traction control button, so I know most of the systems were off.

I wonder if you were kicking snow up on the sides of the vehicle and that's why your BLIS was lighting up.

I didn't think about that. I suppose it is possible. I do not have 4x4 so it was just the rear wheels doing all the work.
