Seems like there's a couple potential red flags. Is the bed pristine on the inside? That could be a little fishy, too. Why was the truck moved so far?
I'd stay away from it due to it being a fleet truck. It's like buying a previous rental.

If it was a "show" truck then they took it around to show it off and drive it like they stole it when the opportunity comes.
If it was a reps truck then they sent it to the sale and usually goes out of the region driven.
If you get a chance look at the frame and steel underpinnings you will be able to see if it really was a Michigan truck, they use pounds per square inch of salt on their roads.
