Does anyone else here keep hitting the gear lock out button by accident?
I will be driving along when suddenly I hear the transmission whining until I realize I did it again!
What a bad spot for that button.

 

Never been a problem with my column shift.

 

And power outages were never a problem for the settlers.

I've not had an issue with locking out gears, but have accidentally turned off the gear selection display a couple times. + button seems sensitive to that. For gear lock out though, I've found it takes a pretty deliberate input with the - button.

 

Ive done it a time or two but pretty rare.
