Default Line-X Question

So, my dealer found me a truck with almost everything I planned to order (yay, me!) but no spray-in bedliner. I'm going to get it done on my own and plan on using Line-X at an authorized dealer. But here's the thing, there are a number of new options that I'm not familiar with and I can't tell if they're worth the money, or just a way to separate my money from me.

Does anyone have a good idea of the best package to get? Something comparable to the Ford spray-in liner? Keep in mind I'm just doing black.

Thanks in advance.

If your truck will be outside, hot areas, lots of sun, opt for the premium add-on (UV stabilizer) ... if not, I'd just get the basic.

I would get standard line-x in black. I had thought about doing something else thinking it would hold up better and maybe never fade. Then I remembered, gray looks ok to me and it has a lifetime warranty. If it comes off, or bubbles up or becomes damaged, they will fix it.

Some info here:

Types here:

Basically the standard is fine but it will fade. Premium won't fade. Pro is stronger. Platinum is stronger and won't fade. Xtra comes in colors.

Ditto other comments. To add, Line-X is thicker than the Ford product and has a lifetime warranty.

Just get the premium and thank yourself later. Doesn't fade like standard does and I just had mine done and it looks beautiful

I went platinum. That stuff is in-friggin-destructable. I have had loads of raw stone, have been in there with shovels unloading, not a blemish.

I wish I knew this before ordering my truck. Sounds like a much better bed liner than the factory sprayed in....bummer!
