Is the Limited worth the price?

If you bought a Paltinum...what could you buy with the extra money saved?

Anything is worth the price, if it`s worth it To You. You never know if you are going to be around tomorrow, so if you want it & can afford it than go for it. Everyone`s situation is different.

Just because you want something and you think it is worth it to you doesn't make it worth what you paid. Only millenials and generation X would think that way. You don't agree on a price because you think it is actually worth that price. You agree because you want or need the vehicle and don't want someone to come by the next day and ****** it up. The only time it matters what the vehicle is worth is when you want to sell it or trade it. Then it is only worth what you get for it. All new vehicles are way overpriced. Metals are sold by weight. Craftsmanship is priced by quality. What makes most new vehicles cost what they do is the technology and electronics. Like it or not.

I recently purchased a 2019 Platinum 701A over a 2019 900A Limited for the following reasons:
Limited has:
If none of that is important to you, purchase the Limited
Limited has:
- Higher initial purchase price
- Less towing capacity
- Not available with 53C Max. Trailer Tow Package
- Not available with 55A FX4 Package
- Not available with 54W Trailer Tow Mirrors
- Tailgate step is not a std. feature of the 900A Pkg further increasing the cost of the limited
- Tray Style Floor Liners are optional as the 900A is not available with the 55A FX4 Package further increasing the cost of the Limited
- Limited not available in Blue Jean, Magma Red or Metallic exterior paint color
If none of that is important to you, purchase the Limited

one in first place. They try justifying by what the cost differences are. Well if cost no issue, than mute point. Like my X5M is it worth 115K, is to me, value
no, its lower production and fast, with horrible depreciation. That is the mute point to me, 4 years later after warranty gone so is vehicle. Same with Vette.
Get what want people and the middle finger to the boo hoo crowd. Its all about you, not someone else.

You can't get a Limited without the pano roof. Deal killer for me. Not sure if the 36 gallon tank is available in the Limited.

Yes do it--The engine upgrade and dual exhaust are the best thing, Yes 36G tank standard as with rear wheel well liners! I went from 2018 Limited to the 19 and would not look back! Work them on price as I got mine for 66K and change!

Something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
That said do Limited owners really use the truck as a truck? ie - to tow and haul?
Maybe some do I guess, possibly?

To me, the Limited is the replacement for the Mark LT... in other words, a glorified grocery getter for the bearded, man-bun-wearing hipster that needs a truck to be "manly" (but typically can't change his own tire).
If you want a truck for towing/hauling/etc., you won't want the Limited.
If you want a truck for off-roading and the HO engine, buy a Raptor.
Otherwise, buy the Limited. You'll look uber-pimpin' cruising around the Whole Foods parking lot!
