I wholeheartedly agree. I just cant stomach $300 for better leather, but it seems to be nice quality.

I have a 09 xlt that I would like to add a wheel with more controls on ,radio at least, all I have now is cruise. How do I find out if my truck will have the wiring in the steering column already?

I have a 2017 Lariat with the 502A and sport packages. I have the heated smooth leather steering wheel but it seems to be on the skinny side. Does anyone know if the limited steering wheel that everyone is swapping out is actually thicker? Or is it the same thickness as the wheel I currently have.

The 2017 limited wheel with heat element is the same thickness as my XLT wheel non-heated.

I have my 17 platinum wheel now if I can just get the airbag out I will be in business!! I have tried the wooden skewer, small screw driver and Allen wrench to no avail. It's moving out a little but can not tell if I have even gotten one side out. I have watched all the videos and read the whole thread again. I guess I will just keep trying!!

it's the same. the only difference is the softer, nicer feeling leather.

Wondering how the wheels are holding up...
Who has had it the longest and how does it look?

Anyone having issues with the heating element showing under the leather? Mine has two squiggly lines on the outside of the wheel all the way around didn't know if it was normal or not but have never seen it in the 17's I have driven.
