Default lights installed

Got my lights installed today, still have to pull a headlight, want them powered off high beams and switched, so I guess Saturday i'l find a way through the firewall and pull a headlight. Wanted Hella's but budget got in the way, they're 42 watt 4 1/2" LEDS, 56 bucks delivered, so that's like $30 American greenbacks.

Where'd you get that bar to mount the lights?

I'm not a fan of front mounted accessories. The trucks don't like right to me. Even mounting lights inside the bumper or on the bumper isn't all too tasteful, although I did see someone here had this sleek curbed light bar that mounted to the bumper directly under the grille, and it fit.

Sorry for not leaving the most wanted to hear comment, but it's my opinion, I'm sure you can find something on my truck you don't like.

Ditto, that is hideous. As long as the owner likes it though is all that matters.

I would venture to guess that the OP probably cares more about function than looks and doesn't care about your guys' opinions on the looks of his light bar. There aren't very many subtle ways to add good auxiliary lighting. If you're adding auxiliary lights for the looks, what are you doing?

I concur, many add lights because they actually need them and use them vs having them for looks.

It's more ridiculous to add anything light aux lights for just looks.

Seen a few SEMA pics of light bars on 150's that I would call hidiouse
In the land of deer, elk, bears and moose, Meet up with a Moose and you stand a good chance of being dead. aux lighting is a necessity, When you drive hours between places with no man made light, you go blind scouring the ditches for wildlife. and when half the year there is less then 12 hours of natural light and for a couple months less then 6,. its a real issue, not that impressing your buds at starbucks isn't a real issue,
Yup there are super expensive options to mount lights, but I leave them options for the posers in the city, me spent less then a $100 cdn lights included, so me happy. and no damage to truck to mount

I figured that might be the case for you getting some aux. lights when I saw your location was Northern Alberta. I think you did good on your lights! Fairly low profile compared to some other gaudy looking setups out there.
